Getting started
- Add Formleak to your websitePaste one line of code once, and every form on every page is tracked.
- Check that data is arrivingThe setup check on the Setup tab tells you whether Formleak hears from your website, and what to do if it doesn't.
- Which forms Formleak tracksEvery form is found automatically, including multi-step forms, app-style pages, web components, rich text boxes and custom dropdowns.
- Mark a form, send button or field by clickingIf Formleak misses a form, or counts the wrong button or field, open your page and click it.
- Install Formleak on WordPressAdd the line of code with a free plugin, without editing your theme.
Reading your results
- Read the field-by-field funnelWhat views, started, sent, reached, filled and "left here" mean, and why one field is red.
- The suggested fix and field rewriteFor the worst field, Formleak explains what's happening, what to try, and gives you clearer words to paste.
- Errors, hesitation and correctionsWhich error messages stop people, where they hesitate, and where they go back to change what they entered.
- Filter by device, traffic source and periodCompare mobile with desktop, or ads with search, and look at the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Follow multi-step flows with journeysLink the forms of a multi-page signup or checkout into one journey, and see where people drop out between steps.
Improving your forms
- Compare before and after a changeNote what you changed and when, and see whether more people send the form afterwards.
- Add notes to your chartsMark dates like a redesign or a campaign launch, so you can see what caused a jump or a drop.
- Run an A/B test on a formShow two versions of a form and see which one more people send. Change texts without code, or build version B yourself.

Account and billing
- Plans, prices and the free trial€19 a month or €190 a year per website, excl. VAT, after a 7-day free trial.
- Switch to yearly, cancel or update your cardEverything about your subscription is under Billing in the menu.
- When a payment failsTracking keeps running for 7 days while you update your card. Your data is never deleted.
- Monthly event limitsEach website includes 500,000 form events a month (50,000 during the trial).
- Reset your passwordForgot it? Get a reset link by email from the login page.
- Delete a website or your accountRemoves everything Formleak recorded, and cancels the subscription straight away.
