When a payment fails

If a renewal is declined, you get an email and a yellow banner with the date until which tracking keeps running (7 days). Update your card under Billing before then and nothing changes.

After that date Formleak pauses recording new form activity. Your reports and everything collected so far are kept, and tracking resumes as soon as the payment goes through.
