Read the field-by-field funnel
What views, started, sent, reached, filled and "left here" mean, and why one field is red.
Open a form on the Forms tab. At the top you see four numbers:
- Views: how often the form was on screen.
- Started: how many people clicked into it or filled in a field.
- Sent: how many sent it.
- Completed: sent ÷ started. This is the number to improve.
Below that, Where people give up lists every field in form order:
- Reached: how many people got to this field.
- Filled: how many put something in it.
- Left here: people who started the form and stopped at this field without sending it.
- Time and Errors: average time on the field, and how many people saw an error message there.
The field where most people give up is shown in red. Click any row for the details.
Formleak waits for 30 people who started a form before it names a worst field or suggests a fix: with fewer, one or two visitors would decide the outcome. Pick a longer period at the top if you're close.
