Add Formleak to your website

Paste one line of code once, and every form on every page is tracked.

Formleak needs one line of code on your website. You paste it once, in the head of every page, and it finds every form by itself: contact, signup, checkout, newsletter, quote requests.

  1. Sign up and add your website: its name and address.
  2. Open your website in Formleak and go to the Setup tab. Copy the line of code shown there.
  3. Paste it just before </head> on every page. Most website builders have a place for this, see the install guides for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, Google Tag Manager and Next.js.
  4. Open a page with a form on your live site and click into a field. The setup check turns green within a minute.

The script is small, loads after your page (it never blocks it) and sends its data in small batches in the background.
