What happens when the trial ends?

Tracking pauses until you subscribe. Your reports and data stay, and you can subscribe at any time to start tracking again.

Why is the trial only for my first website?

Each account gets one 7-day trial, on its first website. Websites you add later start straight away on a subscription.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the billing section of your website. The subscription runs until the end of the period you paid for, and isn't renewed.

Who handles payments, VAT and invoices?

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who also take care of VAT and send your invoices.

Do you count visits or form sessions?

No. You pay one flat price per website, however many forms it has.
